I will respect my client’s confidential information.

I will ensure my client understands the specifics of what he or she is purchasing when I’m hired to provide a service.

I will not claim outcomes of my service that I cannot guarantee.

I will receive permission from my clients before using them as references or in testimonials.

I will be alert when my client no longer benefits from my services and will offer a referral to another consultant or another resource.

I will honor the terms of my agreement with my clients.

I will acknowledge the work and contributions of others, including their copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.
