Counseling – With a Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling background, we are offering individual, group, and family counseling in-office, online, or in-home. If counseling isn’t for you, we can help with business / professional consultation, and family caregiver coaching.
Care & Share™: Virtual Support Group – Through Care and Share™ we connect with you and your friends to support you as you care for your loved one (caree). As a Certified Caregiving Consultant™ and Educator™, I will lead your discussion, creating a supportive and trusted space for discussions about the reality of a caregiving day. We’ll connect virtually over your caregiving experiences, share the challenges, and resolve the worries. We’ll make use of our Caregiving Wheels to deepen the conversations.
Individual Counseling – I work with individuals weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, or on an as-needed basis. Individual therapy is great for working with specific needs that require deep exploration and attention. Occasionally, individuals have the opportunity to work individually and within a group. Sessions take place in an office setting or in a secure online platform.
Small Group / Family Counseling – I work with groups weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, or on an as-needed basis. Group therapy is ideal for applying social skills, practicing self-care, and working with distress tolerance. Groups are typically 3-5 members in size and run for 4-week cycles. Sessions take place in an office setting or in a secure online platform.
