About Contemplative Caregiver LLC

Welcome to Contemplative Caregiver LLC. Since 2017, we have offered a person-centered and solution-focused clinical mental health organization. Our founder, Andrew Koch, MA, LPC, leads our team with compassion and empathy, specializing in mindfulness-based transpersonal psychology and gestalt psychotherapy. We believe in the power of holistic healing, combining traditional psychotherapy with contemplative practices. Our goal is to help clients find hope, develop coping strategies, and rediscover their sense of purpose and joy in life. We offer online telehealth services, in-person workshops, and therapeutic retreats for private duty caregivers, family caregivers, and healthcare organizations.
