Open Path Collective Clients

At Contemplative Caregiver, we are proud to partner with the Open Path Collective to provide accessible, affordable mental health care. If you are an Open Path member, you can work with Andrew Koch, LPC at reduced rates designed to remove barriers to high-quality counseling.

Session Rates for Open Path Members:

  • Individual Counseling: $40–$80 per 60-minute session
  • Group Therapy: $35 per person per session

How to Get Started:

  1. Join the Open Path Collective at openpathcollective.org.
  2. Search for Andrew Koch, MA, LPC and request to work together.
  3. Once your membership is verified, sessions can be scheduled directly.

Important Notes:

  • Open Path rates apply only to clients who are active members of the Open Path Collective.
  • Sessions may be offered in person (Boulder, CO) or via telehealth for Colorado residents.
  • Open Path sessions are not billable to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Private Pay

Individual Sessions:
Intake Session: $300 for 90-minutes
Standard Session: $220 per 60-minutes
Open Path Member Session: $40–80 per 60-minutes

Group Therapy:
Family/Group intake: $350 for 90-minutes
Per Person Rate: $125 per person per 60-minutes
Open Path Members: $35 per person per 60-minutes

Workshops & Retreats

Speaking Engagements & Workshops
Standard Fee: $200 per hour + travel stipend
Materials Fee: $15 per participant (e.g., for Brush With Grief workshops)

Retreat Facilitation
Rates vary based on location and format.
Typical structure includes:

  • Service Rate: Based on 4–6 hours of facilitation per day.
  • Travel, Lodging, and Meals: Paid or reimbursed by the host
  • Gratuity: 15% added to total service cost

Payment Methods

By submitting payment through any method, you acknowledge that electronic transactions carry inherent risks, including potential delays, transmission errors, and data breaches. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, Contemplative Caregiver is not responsible for third-party platform errors or unauthorized access resulting from compromised devices, networks, or accounts.

Please retain your payment confirmation for your records. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional Fees Not Covered By Insurance

  • $100 per quarter-hour for clinical phone sessions
  • $100 per quarter-hour for provider coordination (first 30 minutes complimentary)
  • $100 returned check fee
  • Legal involvement: $1250/hour (prepaid 10 business days in advance by cashier’s check to Contemplative Caregiver)

Cancellations and Missed Sessions:

Full fee charged for cancellations with less than 72-hour notice. Emergency and weather-related situations may be exempt at therapist’s discretion.
