Our 90 minute sessions unfold over four weeks, each with a unique focus to aid your journey through grief:

  • Week 2: Daily Life & Loss – Discussing the practical side of grief, we share strategies to manage the impact of loss on your daily routines and relationships.
  • Week 3: Building Resilience – Focusing on self-care, we introduce practices to nurture your resilience, providing you with tools to support your emotional and physical well-being.
  • Week 4: Meaning & Memory – We guide you through ways to honor your memories and find personal growth in the wake of loss, a step that can be pivotal in your healing.

This means you can be part of our group while taking a walk, playing a game, or simply sitting in your favorite chair.
