Who is this group for?
This support group is open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one and is seeking guidance and support in navigating their grief. Our therapists are trained in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions and work through the grieving process.
What themes will be discussed each week?
Our four-week Grief and Loss Support Group is designed to help participants explore the different aspects of grief and loss and to provide practical tools for healing. Each week, we will focus on a specific theme related to grief and loss, including:
- Week 1: Understanding grief and the grieving process
- Week 2: Coping with loss and the impact of grief on daily life
- Week 3: Strategies for self-care and building resilience
- Week 4: Moving forward and finding meaning after loss
Our therapists will guide participants through each theme with compassion and understanding, using evidence-based approaches to support individuals in their healing process.
