Nurturing the Caregiver’s Journey

At Contemplative Caregiver, we center the lived experience of caregiving. Our services are designed to support you—whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, professional challenges, or a desire to reconnect with yourself and others. From clinical counseling to creative workshops and outdoor groups, we’re here to walk with you.

A hands-on grief support program where participants create handmade brushes from natural materials and engage in expressive art-making. Sessions combine creativity, group reflection, and therapeutic rituals in indoor and outdoor settings.

This virtual support group uses cooperative gaming to foster emotional regulation, connection, and play. Open to both family and professional caregivers. Sessions are facilitated via Discord.

A peer support and professional growth space for therapists, counselors, and healing professionals. This free biweekly group explores themes of ethical leadership, supervision, and self-reflection.

Individual therapy sessions with Andrew Koch, MA, LPC, focused on caregiver stress, grief, trauma, and meaning-making. In-person, telehealth, and walk-and-talk options are available.

Outdoor group therapy sessions incorporating mindful fishing, breathwork, and nature connection. These seasonal sessions are held at local lakes and are open to caregivers and helping professionals.

A weekend retreat designed to support deep healing through contemplative practice, ritual, art, and rest.

Educational sessions covering emergency planning, mindfulness, values-based caregiving, and more. Workshops are hosted online and in community spaces like libraries and clinics. CEUs available for select offerings.
