Where do I begin?

Do I begin with a vision? A plan? I think in this moment I want to share an intention.

Intention:

My intent of this website and Contemplative Caregiver is to provide service to family caregivers.

Specifically, I wish to support family caregivers through hands-on, compassion-focused, holistic and transpersonal counseling coaching, consulting, mentoring, and educational programming.

Over time, I wish to share with my dreams, lessons, heartaches, and opportunities to grow and empower others.

My intent is that I do all things with love.

My intent is to be happy, healthy, safe, and at ease.
